Section 1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Skorika, the operator of skorika.com. They cover the website, the trainer console, live quiz sessions, homework and class material pages, the file sharing service at drive.skorika.com, and support we provide by email (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, joining a session, or opening a link we generated, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

How we handle personal information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Section 2. The Service

Skorika lets a trainer build a quiz, run it live for a group, set it as homework, and share training material. Participants join with a short code and a display name.

We add, change, and retire features. Where a change materially reduces what the Service does for you, we will give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect.

The Service depends on your own internet connection and browser. We do not control either.

Section 3. Accounts

An account is required to create quizzes and run sessions. When you register you agree that:

  • the details you give are accurate, and the email address is one you can actually open;
  • you keep your password to yourself and are responsible for everything done under your account;
  • one account belongs to one person — accounts are not to be shared or resold;
  • you tell us promptly if you believe someone else has got into your account.

We recommend turning on two-factor authentication. Where an organisation holds a console account, the organisation is responsible for who it gives access to.

Section 4. Participants

Participants do not need an account and are not asked to register. They supply a display name and their answers.

The trainer running a session is the organiser of that session. As organiser you are responsible for telling participants that their display name, answers, scores, and response times are recorded, and for having whatever permission local law requires — particularly where participants are children, in which case the session should be run with the institution or a parent or guardian involved.

Section 5. Your Content

Quizzes, questions, answer keys, homework, folders, and files you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You give us the permission we need to store, process, display, and transmit that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you — for example serving a file to somebody you shared it with, or showing a question on the session screen. That permission ends when you delete the content.

You confirm that your content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, does not contain other people’s personal information without their permission, and is not unlawful.

We may disable or remove content that is reported to us as unlawful or in breach of these Terms. Where we do, we will say so to the account holder.

Section 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to;
  • upload or distribute unlawful, hateful, or sexual material;
  • harass, impersonate, or endanger anyone;
  • collect personal information beyond what a quiz session needs;
  • probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the platform or another account;
  • overload the Service, flood it with automated requests, or scrape it in bulk;
  • resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us;
  • work around any limit, permission check, or paid feature.

Share links are the key to what they open. Giving a link to somebody is giving them access.

Section 7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Skorika name, logo, interface, and the software behind it belong to us. These Terms give you the right to use the Service, not to copy it.

If you believe material on Skorika infringes your copyright, write to cs@skorika.com with enough detail to identify the material, the work it infringes, and how to reach you. We will look into it and, where appropriate, remove the material or disable the link to it. Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be suspended or closed.

Section 8. Paid Plans

Some features may be offered on a paid plan. Where they are, the price, the billing period, and what is included will be shown before you commit.

Paid plans renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already running. Where a paid plan ends, your content stays but paid features stop.

Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be told before a change applies to them.

Section 9. Availability, Warranties, and Liability

The Service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may take it down for maintenance.

Export the reports that matter to you. Keep your own copy of files you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or loss caused by an interruption to the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Section 10. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you hold an account or use the Service.

You may close your account at any time by writing to the address in Section 13. Deletion runs in stages — the account is deactivated first — so that an accidental request can be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used to harm other users, or where we are required to by law. Except where the breach is serious or continuing, we will give notice and a chance to put it right first.

Section 11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give notice on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that point means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not, you may close your account and stop using the Service.

Section 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of Indonesia. Nothing here removes a protection your local consumer law gives you and does not allow to be waived.
