Forgot my password We email you a link to set a new one. Lost two-factor authentication Your authenticator app is gone or reset. Lost access to my email You can no longer open the inbox on the account.

Enter the email on the account.

Try your backup codes first.

Go to the log in page and enter your email and password.
When the code is asked for, enter one backup code instead.
Once you are in, turn two-factor off and set it up again.
